SUMMARY:
Directs the internet sales activities of the dealership by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate salespersons.
    1.    Manages all incoming internet leads via Autobase.
    2.    Manages the current internet process and makes sure sales 
           associates are following correct processes.
    3.    Verifies manufacturer's and internet specials are reflected on
           website; website management and monitoring.

Quotes cost of rental, based on type of automobile and rental rates, and examines customer's driver's license and proof of insurance to determine validity of identification and eligibility for rental. Explains rental policies and procedures, verifies insurance and obtains customer signature. Verifies automobile has been checked upon return for damage, mileage recorded and fuel level reading completed. Accepts automobiles returned by customer and computes rental charges based on type of automobile, length of time, taxes, and other expenses, such as late charges or damage fees incurred during rental. Reconciles cash or credit card slips with rental agreements. Registers temporary tags of vehicles sold at the Lancaster location within 48 hrs of the sale. Logs gas purchases into gas log on a daily basis.
Maintains a professional appearance and keeps work area neat and clean. Performs other duties as assigned.

High school diploma, two or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
